Deric Poldberg

Deric Poldberg was born and raised in Carter Lake, IA and is a 2010 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs, IA. Poldberg spent his first two years of undergraduate school at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, IA, where he played baseball and received his Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. He finished his undergraduate degree at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, MN, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and finished out his collegiate baseball career.

Poldberg began his professional career with American National Bank in 2014 where he began as a teller and personal banker. Since then, he has held various roles throughout the bank before being promoted to commercial banker in 2018. Poldberg currently serves as an Assistant Vice President at American National Bank and manages commercial clients in the middle market throughout Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota.

Outside of work, Poldberg enjoys traveling the globe and spending time with his immediate family, fiancé, Elizabeth, and dog, Mo.
