Cindi Incontro

Cindi joined Colliers International in 1994 and serves as Vice President. She has combined her background in office, retail and investment sales and leasing with extensive property management, to provide clients with experience in meeting their commercial real estate needs. Cindi has worked with large institutional investors, investment groups and individuals to locate assets, buyers and tenants to satisfy a variety of requirements. Cindi’s current projects include acquisition, leasing, development, redevelopment and disposition properties for large national and regional clients. Cindi represents notable local properties such as The Advent Building, Westport Village, Rockbrook Village and Midlands Place. Cindi also works extensively with investment buyers for medical, office and retail opportunities.

Cindi’s professional history includes an extensive amount of property management experience. In working with Grubb & Ellis|Pacific Realty, Jones Lang Wootten Realty Advisors and Embassy Suites Hotels, Cindi’s management experience includes all aspects of leasing, operations, construction management, financial projections, reporting, marketing, staffing and training. She worked with landlord, tenant and vendor relations and contract negotiation.​
