Rob Copenhaver

Rob Copenhaver is President of OSX Sales Solutions. OSX helps companies achieve record sales results by building high‐performing and accountable sales organizations.

OSX analyzes the current sales organizational structure, identifies areas of improvement, and implements the improvement changes. After redesign of the sales infrastructure, Rob can manage the sales team as a Fractional Sales Leader.

Areas of focus by OSX include: Sales Playbook, Unique Value Proposition, Sales Staffing and Mix, Compensation Plans, CRM Implementation and Adoption, Sales Metrics and Dashboards, Hiring and Onboarding Processes, Pipeline Management, and Fractional Leadership of your organization.

Rob was born in Omaha. He earned his undergraduate and MBA from Creighton University. He also obtained his designations for Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Sales Leader (CSL). He and his wife, Tairi, have two children and one grandchild. Rob enjoys Golf, Creighton Basketball, Husker Football, and traveling.
